INNOVATIER Purchases New Corporate Headquarters; Orders Manufacturing Equipment

Lakeland, FL August 24, 2005 - Innovatier Inc., an innovative smart device manufacturer announced today that it has entered into a purchase contract to acquire its new corporate headquarters/manufacturing facility located in Lakeland, FL. The 20,000SF building is situated on 3.2 acres and provides the company with a manufacturing facility that when fully operational will be capable of producing in excess of 100 million units per year. Closing is scheduled for September 25, 2005.

“In today’s real estate climate, we were very fortunate to find a facility that meets our current and future operational requirements”, said Lawrence J. Keim, Executive Vice President.

With securing their facility, Innovatier has ordered the first phase of its manufacturing line. Management expects the equipment to be operational by October 1st. “The demand for our Reaction Injection Embedding© encapsulation processes has reached a point that we needed to move forward” said Carl Anderson the Company’s lead Investor. “We had resigned ourselves to the possibility of having to lease space while we built a facility to meet the stringent security requirements of several of our customers”.
