Innovatier exercises option agreement with CARDXX

Tampa, Fla April 8, 2005 - Innovatier Inc., an innovative smart device manufacturer announced today that it has exercised its option with CARDXX, Inc., (CXCQ.PK), a leading smartcard manufacturer, to license its RAMP (Reaction Assisted Molding Process) process.
This provides Innovatier the exclusive worldwide right to utilize CARDXX’s RAMP technology in applications exhibiting the VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club or Carte Blanche logo. Innovatier has a non-exclusive license for any other financial transaction card applications.

“With its funding secured and license arrangement executed with CARDXX, in addition to other technologies currently under review, it is exciting times for Innovatier” said Carl Anderson, the lead investor in Innovatier. “Although still prototyping devices for customers, we expect to be fully operational from a manufacturing standpoint in the near future”.

Innovatier and CARDXX are continuing development of the “GEN 2” manufacturing line and expect to have it operational by the third quarter 2005. Upon completion, operational capacity will approach 20 million financial transaction cards per annum. The line design is module and can be duplicated or expanded as customer demand dictates.
