U.S. Patent and Trademark Office recognizes INNOVATIER
Registration will include its patented reaction injection embedding® process
Lakeland, Fla November 3, 2006 - Innovatier’s scope as a worldwide leader in technology has broadened after being granted registration by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Innovatier’s elevation into registration status will help bring more attention to its unique reaction injection embedding® process, which is setting the standard not only in the powered card packaging field, but active RFID packaging as well.
The patent applied for process is superior because it utilizes a “cold lamination” method to embed electronic components and power devices. This process produces a highly durable elastomeric core utilizing proprietary reaction injected molding, which can
be tailored to the products’ performance for optimum durability and security.
Innovatier’s simple and scalable manufacturing process is easy and inexpensive compared to more conventional methods. In addition, the process has the capability of realizing any 3-dimensional shape, which can create endless results. Now electronic application
designers, card manufacturers and critical component suppliers can have flexibility in component specification, and make their most advanced designs become reality.
“The Innovatier registered mark distinguishes our superior packaging process,” said Robert Singleton, President of Innovatier. “This allows our customers to recognize the quality associated with our Company.”
