CARDXX and Innovatier announce strategic alliance

Tampa, Fl November 10, 2004 – Innovatier, Inc. announced today that the Company will partner with CARDXX, Inc., (CXCQ.PK), a leading smartcard manufacturer, to build a high-speed manufacturing line to produce financial transaction cards and fobs, internally called the "Gen2".
The Companies have executed an Option Agreement that once exercised will provide Innovatier with a worldwide exclusive license to use the patented CARDXX RAMP (Reaction Assisted Molding Process) process in the financial transaction industry for any financial transaction cards exhibiting the VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club or Carte Blanche logo. Innovatier will have a non-exclusive license for any other financial transaction card applications.
