INNOVATIER joins the Smart Card Alliance Membership will heighten awareness of its superior Reaction Injection Embedding® process Lakeland, FL October 9, 2006- Innovatier, a visionary in the world of powered card packaging, is honored to have earned membership into the prestigious Smart Card Alliance. The SCA is a non-for-profit organization formed in 2000 to educate businesses and the public about the world of smart card technology. Innovatier’s membership into the SCA will help bring more attention to its unique Reaction Injection Embedding® process, which is setting the standard not only in the powered card packaging field, but in active RFID technology as well. This patented procedure is superior because it utilizes a “cold lamination” process to embed electronic components and power devices. This process produces a highly durable elastomeric core utilizing a proprietary reaction injected molding process, which can be tailored to the products’ performance for optimum durability and security. Innovatier’s simple and scalable manufacturing process is easy and inexpensive compared to more conventional methods. In addition, the process has the capability of realizing any 3-dimensional shapes, which can create endless results.
